This is freakin histerical. Not only have I been to the cape I live on this “island” and everything is sooooo true. Anything over the bridge to us is a big deal and we measure everything in hours. Potholes are def. exciting along with cutting off people at the rotary. And switching the a/c and heat in one day , try one 30min ride to school, I do this almost everynight, I had the heat on in the summer! So funny! School’s not canceled here for snow too often though, it gets canceled for rain. You gotta love it.

I have another one for you…
I’m from Massachusetts, and when I was in middle school, we had a day off because the next day was forecast to be the coldest day in town history…
But it ended up being about 40 degrees.
Now, THAT’S New England.

Tonic = Soda
Soda = Seltzer
Seltzer is NOT = club soda (seltzer is carbonated water, Club soda is Water and Sodium Bicarbonate)

I went to High School in Springfield area and I remember going to Riverside and Mt Tom. The good old days.

Too funny! I actually grew up in the town that Riverside – I mean Six Flags New England is in and you know the “rotten” part is the Six Flags website says that it is in Springfield, MA…. no it’s not!
